Every Prop Money machine is built to last and backed by a full warranty plus lifetime support.
If a defect in materials or workmanship appears within two years, we repair or replace your machine at no cost to you.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects, motor and sensor faults, and display or electronics failures.
What's not
Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, and normal wear of consumable parts.
Lifetime support
Free help with setup, calibration and maintenance for as long as you own the machine.
Genuine parts
Repairs use only genuine parts so your machine keeps its accuracy.
How to make a claim
